SENSORY PROFILE

Clear, golden-yellow in colour, with hints of green when freshly milled. Medium fruity oil that opens with polished hints of green grass and conifers. Yellow apple notes and subtle hints of herbs. Gentle, plush opening on the palate, with a full flavour of bitter almond, yellow fruits and radish. Anticipated bitter and piquant finish. Impressively linear and persistent.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Beef carpaccio, hummus, boiled potatoes, raw porcini mushroom salad.
