SENSORY PROFILE

Attractive clear green colour streaked with yellow. Medium green fruity aroma, with balsamic, almost menthol notes reminiscent of nettle and wild herbs. Assertive on the palate, confirming the sensations perceived on the nose, building to a medium-intensity bitter and piquant finish. Extremely pleasant, lingering sensory notes.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Excellent on vegetable and pulse soups, grilled tuna and swordfish steaks, grilled red meat and stretched-curd cheeses.
